PACIFIC RISE

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The structural form consisted of pad foundations supporting a repetitive two-way concrete moment frame to the 3rd level with suspended rib and timber concrete floors spanning between shell beams. The light weight roof comprised of a two-way steel moment frame and DHS roof purlins.

The layout and form permitted the additional carparking required by council in the confined space of the property.
