The commercial building at 17 Levene Place comprises 1800m² warehouse, 300m² mezzanine storage and 475m² of office.

The construction comprised precast panel walls and suspended concrete floors (using both comflor, unispan) supported on steel beams to create the open spaces. The seismic resisting system is provided by the precast concrete shear panels, concrete floor diaphragms, steel portal frame and steel K-frame brace.
