The Dold Residence is a single level house located on an elevated site with impressive views to the Bay of Islands.

Structure was designed to stand up to the very high wind and comprises half block masonry shear walls and K-frame steel braced frames.

The floating membrane roof extrudes over the red beech timber gravity system. It also consists of cast in-situ basement wine cellar and cast in-situ swimming pool.
