A three-level home constructed with a mix of slab on grade and masonry block to lower and mid-levels; suspended concrete slabs and slab on grade to the mid and upper levels with supporting steel structure and timber infill rafters and walls. The cantilevered concrete balconies are one of the features of the building.

The building is laterally restrained with a mix of steel K-frames and GIB braced walls to the upper levels and masonry to the lower.
