The Dylan is a six-level mixed-use building comprising of a single in-ground carparking basement, ground floor retail & four residential levels. The building is primarily reinforced concrete with a structural steel frame to the East elevation.

The seismic resisting system is provided by a pair of lift and stair cores. Reinforced concrete walls up to 250mm thick to the lift and stair act as shear walls to resist horizontal earthquake forces. All inter-tenancy walls are AFS Logic walls that are solid filled with reinforced concrete.
