Built on a sloping site, this Cockle Bay residence is an impressive, modern, multiple split-level residential structure.

Steel and timber framed were used for the house and structural features including the suspended entry car deck; the partially cantilevered garage; the 3.4m cantilevered covered deck; diagonal braced frames; ‘V’ braced frames and cantilevered floors.

The Architectural screens were carefully collaborated to achieve the slender architectural form.
