PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The France Street project is an 11 level mixed-use apartment development on the site of the historic Kings Arms music venue in Newton, Auckland, currently under construction.

The building comprises of 2 car parking basement levels, and a ground floor office/retail floor with large external courtyard. Above ground floor are 9 levels of residential 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

The structure is predominantly reinforced concrete, with some areas supported on steel beams and columns.
