S6 Sunderland is a development in Hobsonville Point with four different typology houses, with a total of 14 houses.
Rannoch Drive Duplex Units, Jack's Point, Queenstown
These semi-detached duplex units are constructed on a sloping site. The structure has a stepped form.
Tussock Lane, Queenstown Hill
Although small in size, this project is grand in form. The brief required that the bach could be repurposed as a garage in the future.
